Terms of Service

Membership is free and personal to you. You must provide a valid email address, and you are responsible for keeping your account information accurate. Your membership and your personal QR code are non-transferable: you may not share your QR code, allow others to use it, or use another member's code. We may suspend or terminate any membership that violates these Terms or that we reasonably suspect is being used fraudulently.

VDM publishes deals and packages on behalf of partner venues. Deal availability, terms, and validity periods are set by the venue and may change or expire at any time. A discount is applied at the participating venue at the time of redemption, subject to that venue's own rules (including day, time, and exclusions). VDM does not set venue pricing and is not the seller of the goods or services you purchase; your transaction is with the venue.

Third-party packages and offers purchased through external booking links are governed by the terms of the provider operating that booking. VDM may earn a commission from partner venues on qualifying redemptions and bookings; this does not increase the price you pay.

To redeem a deal, present your personal QR code to staff at a partner venue before or at the time of payment. Staff will scan the code and record the redemption, including the bill amount before and after the discount. You agree to allow the venue to record this information in order to validate the discount. Attempting to redeem a deal without a valid membership, redeeming the same deal more times than permitted, or misrepresenting a redemption is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your membership.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any venue's rules;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect content or data from the site by automated means without our written permission;
• Interfere with the operation of the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
• Create more than one membership per person;
• Reproduce or resell deal content, venue information, or ranking data without permission.

Editorial rankings, reviews, and value scores published on the site reflect VDM's independent editorial judgment and are provided for general information only. They are not endorsements by the venues and may change over time.

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VDM does not warrant that deals will be available, that venue information is complete or current, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VDM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any deal, package, or venue, including disputes between you and a partner venue. Our total liability arising from your use of the site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

We may update these Terms, add or remove features, or modify the membership program at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted with a revised "Last updated" date. You may stop using the site and delete your membership at any time. We may terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violation of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
